This hidden gem was exactly what I was looking for. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the pier and surrounded by quaint shops and cafes. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the room was cozy with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast spread was impressive and included a variety of delicious options. Bonus points for the complimentary bottle of wine and fresh fruit in the room upon arrival.
While the air conditioning could have been better, I didn't let it ruin my stay. the housekeeping service could have been more proactive in refreshing the towels and linens.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay in this hotel! Cleanliness was top-notch, and all the hotel facilities were in excellent condition. The breakfast buffet was varied and so delicious, it was the perfect way to start my day. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist me whenever I needed it. And the location of this hotel couldn't have been more perfect, just a stone's throw away from the harbor.

We had such a great time in this charming boutique hotel located in a very central location. The fresh breakfast spread was really impressive and we appreciated the staff's attention to detail and high-quality finishes. The rooms were kept impeccably clean and had lovely white bed linen. We felt very safe as a family for our city trip in this hotel.
The pillows in our room were quite hard and feather pillows would have been much better. It wasn't clear how to reduce the heat in the room, and it felt warm at times, but this was only a minor issue. We wished there was a terrace to hang out on, but the warm and friendly staff more than made up for it. We would highly recommend staying here for a delightful and enjoyable stay in the city.

This hotel is conveniently located near the harbor making it easy to reach from the ferry. the staff is friendly and accommodating, readily available to assist with any needs. the breakfast buffet is generous and fresh. Rooms are clean and tidy, with comfy beds and extra bedding available. Bathrooms are well-maintained with hot water and good water pressure.
My only complaint is that the pillows were too firm and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep.
